Frequently asked questions

The app won't download the Qwen 3 model. What can I do?

The one-time download is about 2 GB, so make sure you're on a stable Wi-Fi connection and have enough free storage. If the download is interrupted, simply try again. It will resume. You can also switch to Apple Intelligence or Training Mode, which require no download at all.

Which devices support Apple Intelligence?

Apple Intelligence requires a compatible iPhone or iPad running a recent version of iOS/iPadOS with Apple Intelligence enabled in Settings. If your device doesn't support it, use the Qwen 3 (MLX) or Training Mode provider instead.

How do I delete my data?

All progress, achievements, and defence configurations are stored only on your device. Deleting the app permanently removes everything. There is nothing stored on our servers because we have none.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. After the optional one-time model download, PromptSiege works fully offline. Apple Intelligence and Training Mode never need a network connection.

I lost my progress. Can you restore it?

Unfortunately not. Progress is stored exclusively on your device and is never backed up or synced to us, so we have no copy to restore. This is a deliberate privacy choice.
