Offline Receipts
Receipts to spreadsheet, privately.
Snap a photo of a receipt and Offline Receipts extracts the vendor, date, total, and tax, entirely on your iPhone. No accounts, no cloud, no uploads. Just clean data you can edit and export to CSV.
How it works
Point, scan, export
Take a photo or pick one from your library. Offline Receipts reads the text on-device with Apple's Vision framework, picks out the fields that matter, and files the receipt away. Export everything to CSV whenever you're ready for your spreadsheet or accountant.
Scan in seconds
Camera or photo library: one tap and the receipt is read. Vendor, date, total, and tax are extracted automatically using on-device optical character recognition.
Smart field parsing
The parser knows receipts: it finds the grand total (not the subtotal, not the cash you handed over) and the tax amount (not the tax percentage).
Fully editable
OCR missed a digit? Every field is editable, and your corrections are saved automatically. The original scan and raw recognized text stay attached.
CSV export & import
Export your whole receipt history as a spreadsheet-ready CSV file via the iOS share sheet, and import the same file on a new iPhone to bring your history with you.
Works fully offline
No internet connection is needed at any point. Airplane mode is a feature, not a limitation.
100% on-device
Text recognition runs locally via the Vision framework. Your receipts never leave your iPhone. We have no servers to send them to.
